FitMe is run by Paul and his family, they are passionate about health and fitness and making your transformation a success
FitMe’s creator and driver. Paul has been a professional strength and conditioning coach for over a decade. He always feels very fortunate to work with folk from such diverse backgrounds in sport and life. He is motivated by the expertise and guidance he can provide in helping every individual to meet and exceed their goals.
Paul is UKSCA accredited and has gained undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in strength and conditioning. He has worked full time with premiership rugby clubs as a strength and conditioning coach and has trained the England Women’s Rugby Sevens team for a World Cup competition (where they were by far the fittest team!)
Paul’s wife and rock. Jill enjoys writing and is the blogging and creative force of Fit Me. She is looking forward to becoming a far ‘fitter me’, following one of Paul’s Fit Me plans after the birth of their second child in October. But for now ante-natal yoga and swimming are helping maintain some activity, as well as running around after a 3 year old.
A 3¾ year old power pack who loves to run and jump and organise all those above with great leaderships skills, or is that just bossy?
Emma is part of every aspect of Paul and Jill’s life, including Fit Me, and fills it to the brim.
An 8 year old Springer Spaniel who doesn’t know the meaning of an easy walk. Often travelling at least five times the distance of everybody else on family walks and always beating Paul in any uphill mountain bike section. He is most happy in a wood or river searching for a stick.
